Our favorite Wisconsin State Park Naturalist Carolyn Rock has announced some very special activities for 2014. And while 2014 seems a long ways away,  it will be here before you know it. In the meantime, be sure to get out to Whitefish Dunes State Park for an outdoor experience you will not forget. And when you stay at Glidden Lodge Beach Resort, you are a mere 3.5 mile hike up the beach to this jewel of natural beauty.

All the waters of the state are open, including state waters of the Great Lakes and rivers bordering Wisconsin. Residents and nonresidents of all ages can fish without a fishing license (or trout or salmon stamps) over these two days. However, all other fishing regulations (length limits, bag limits, etc.) apply. All Day
